Having been in the business of people development, training and teambuilding for ten years, PJ is very able to understand your needs and create flexible solutions that will be team and industry specific, giving valuable results.

PJ is qualified in a number of tools and profiles, counselling and training programmes. He is the creator of Outstanding Teamwork and Champion Behaviours workshops. In addition he is part of a world record powerboat team and is expecting to race in 2008 for a Swiss based team.
PJ has created a local not for profit organisation for young people (12-15 years old) suffering social exclusion, and is aimed at delivering ‘free at point of delivery’ workshops to local schools and their challenging students.
